Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of projects aimed at engaging and supporting content creators. Develop strategies that align with the company's goals and the creators' needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Creator Relations team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects. Facilitate communication between different departments to achieve project goals.

Creator Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for content creators. Understand their needs, provide support, and foster a positive relationship with them.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a digital media or content creation environment.
Strong understanding of the content creation ecosystem and digital media trends.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience in working with content creators or in a creator-centric organization.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
